Start with your passport and intended travel dates. We’ll confirm the full checklist for your visa route, including photographs and any required health documents. Tell us about children or support needs when you enquire.
How long should my passport be valid?
Passport validity depends on the visa route. Saudi tourist eVisa terms require at least six months remaining from the date of entry. We’ll confirm the requirements for your Hajj or Umrah journey before booking. Begin any renewal early.
Are vaccinations required?
Saudi Arabia’s 2026 Umrah guidance requires a meningococcal vaccine covering ACYW: a conjugate or ACYWX conjugate dose within five years, or an ACYW polysaccharide dose within three years, given at least ten days before arrival. Keep the vaccine name and date documented. Hajj and other health requirements are checked separately for your travel season and circumstances.
Do you arrange the visa?
We can help you discuss the visa route for your journey. Eligibility and application options depend on your nationality, residence, existing visas and travel season. Hajj and Umrah have different entry arrangements; we’ll confirm what applies before you book. Approval rests with the Saudi authorities.
When should I get in touch?
Contact us when you have a preferred month, especially for Hajj or busy holiday periods. We’ll discuss availability and the preparation needed for your dates. Visa processing and departure arrangements vary, so allow time for documents, any passport renewal and required vaccinations.
What are the baggage and Zamzam allowances?
Baggage limits follow the airline and fare on your ticket. We’ll confirm your checked and cabin allowances after booking. Zamzam rules also depend on the airline and departure airport; use the approved sealed packaging and check whether it must travel as a separate item. Do not assume it can be packed inside your suitcase.
